Here's what most people ask
What is Simon?
Simon is a mobile app for managing your personal finances and tracking your money. It was designed to be flexible, intuitive, and efficient. From tracking daily expenses to planning ahead, Simon keeps you organized and in control, combining simplicity with powerful, practical features.
How many devices can I connect to my account?
You may connect as many devices to your account as you wish. There is no cap on the number of devices connected to the same account. In addition, all your data will be synced in real time on all your devices.
Does the app require an internet connection?
Simon has an offline mode that enables you to record and manage your transactions even when you're not connected to internet. These transactions will be synchronized when you gain access to internet again. Otherwise, yes, an internet connection is required to access all the features within the application.
Does the app also work on desktop and tablet?
No, Simon works on mobile exclusively at the moment. We have plans to make the app available on desktop and tablet, but that is still under careful analysis and planning to ensure global consistency across all devices.
Does the app connect to my bank account?
No, Simon works with your manually-recorded transactions exclusively. We have plans to integrate with banks in Europe, Asia, and the United States in the future, but this requires very careful development and testing. General availability is expected not before 2027.
Can I cancel my trial or subscription?
Yes, you may cancel your trial or subscription at any time, directly from your user account, and without any justification, delay, or question asked. If you were subscribed for a given period (a month or a year), your account and data will remain fully accessible for that period, and no refund will be made.
Can I get the app from the Google Play Store
or IOS App Store?
No, because Simon is not a typical native app, and for such, it is not distributed on the major app stores. All you have to do to get Simon is navigate to https://try-simon.cloud and confirm the installation when prompted to, or add the app to your bookmarks or home page.
